What Have I Been Doing Lately?
Lately, I’ve been actively working in video editing and graphic design while also expanding my expertise in content marketing, sales, and social media strategy. I’ve been honing my skills in creating engaging visuals, crafting compelling narratives, and optimizing content for various platforms to reach the right audience effectively. My experience spans multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, where I’ve worked on content creation, audience engagement, and brand promotion. Whether it’s designing eye-catching graphics, editing dynamic videos, or developing strategic marketing campaigns, I’m always exploring new ways to refine my craft and maximize impact.
Born in Saskatoon and raised in the ‘90s, I grew up skateboarding, playing Nintendo, and renting movies on VHS—early influences that sparked my love for visual storytelling. Over the years, I’ve lived in various cities across Canada, including Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver, each shaping my creative perspective in different ways. For the past decade, my career has been a mix of freelance and short-term contract work, with a strong focus on photography, video production, and content creation. One of my most consistent roles was with Airbnb, where I worked as a photographer for nearly seven years. Storytelling through film is a huge passion of mine, and I have experience producing a wide range of content for both broadcast television and online platforms. In addition to client work, I love creating comedy short films under my label, "PORKCHOPZ PRODUCTIONS", which have earned awards and festival screenings. Whether behind the camera or in the editing room, I’m always looking for new ways to bring ideas to life through visuals and narrative.
